Reminds me Miyazaki's world of Nausicaa. Polluted atmosphere and weird creatures from an esoteric and forgotten world.
I really like that zombie-like thing with the tendrils to move around on. Very creepy cool.
Amazing so far. I've wanted to do something with roots for a while, but haven't yet. This may give me the inspiration I need.
